When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Services and Pricing

Komentiq provides a collaborative feedback platform for design teams. Our basic services are offered free of charge. Premium features may require payment, subject to separate pricing terms that will be clearly communicated. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice.

4. Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with Komentiq. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment for any paid plan.

Eligibility Criteria

• Refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
• This guarantee applies only to the initial purchase of a subscription plan. Subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds.
• To request a refund, please contact our support team via support@komentiq.com with your order details (e.g., account email, purchase date).

Processing Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank or card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exceptions

• Refunds are not available for accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service.
• We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we detect fraudulent activity, abuse of the refund policy, or other manipulative behavior.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider instead of requesting a refund directly from us can delay resolution. If you believe there has been an incorrect or unauthorized charge, please contact our support team first. We are committed to addressing any payment concerns promptly and fairly.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Komentiq. Our service may contain user-generated content, for which users retain their intellectual property rights, but grant us a license to use, store, and display that content in connection with providing the service.
